Managing Your Billing and Plan

Viewing Your Current Plan

Go to SettingsBilling to view your current plan, contact count, renewal date, and payment method.

Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Change Plan
  2. Select the plan you want to upgrade to
  3. Review the prorated charge for the remainder of your billing cycle
  4. Confirm the upgrade

Upgrades take effect immediately. The prorated cost is charged to your card on file.

Downgrading Your Plan

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your current plan features remain active until the renewal date. If your active contact count exceeds the new plan limit, you will need to reduce contacts before the downgrade takes effect.

Cancelling Your Account

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan
  2. Select a cancellation reason (optional)
  3. Confirm cancellation

Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. All your data is available for export before cancellation takes effect. We do not charge cancellation fees.

Invoices and Payment History

Download invoices and view payment history from Settings → Billing → Invoices. Invoices are issued in PDF format and are sent to your account email address automatically on each billing date.

Updating Payment Method

To update your credit card or billing information, go to Settings → Billing → Payment Method and click Update Card. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through our secure payment processor.

Team and Multi-Seat Plans

Add team members to your account from Settings → Team. Team plans allow multiple users to access the same MisarMail account with role-based permissions (Admin, Editor, Viewer).
