Billing & Subscription Overview
This article covers everything you need to know about MisarMail billing.
Viewing Your Current Plan
Go to Settings → Billing to see your current plan, usage, next billing date, and payment method.
Upgrading Your Plan
Click Upgrade in Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated — you''ll be charged for the remaining days of your current billing period at the new plan rate.
Downgrading Your Plan
Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You keep access to your current plan''s features until then.
Cancelling Your Subscription
Go to Settings → Billing and click Cancel Plan. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan (if within free tier limits) or is deactivated.
Invoices & Receipts
All invoices are emailed automatically to your billing email. You can also download past invoices from Settings → Billing → Invoice History.
Updating Payment Method
Go to Settings → Billing → Update Payment Method to change your credit card or bank account. Changes apply to future charges immediately.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we''ll send an email notification and retry after 3, 5, and 7 days. If payment is not received within 14 days, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.
