Getting Started with MisarMail

Welcome to MisarMail! This guide will help you get up and running in under 10 minutes.

Step 1: Create Your Account

Sign up at mail.misar.io/auth using your email and password or Google/GitHub OAuth. MisarMail uses a unified identity system — if you already have a Misar account, you can sign in with the same credentials.

Step 2: Connect Your Email Account

Go to Settings → Email Accounts and click Add Account. Enter your email provider's IMAP and SMTP credentials. For Gmail or Outlook, use the OAuth option for a one-click connection. Once connected, MisarMail will sync your inbox automatically.

Step 3: Import Your Contacts

Go to Contacts → Import CSV. Download the CSV template, fill it in with your contacts (email is the only required field), and upload it. Your contacts will be imported within seconds.

Step 4: Create a Campaign

Go to Campaigns → New Campaign. The 4-step wizard guides you through:

  1. Details: Campaign name, email subject, from name/email, preview text.
  2. Recipients: Choose a contact list or segment to send to.
  3. Content: Design your email with the editor or use a template.
  4. Schedule: Send immediately or schedule for a future date/time.

Step 5: Review Your Analytics

After sending, visit Analytics to see opens, clicks, bounces, and engagement data updated in real-time. Use this data to improve future campaigns.
