Scheduling Campaigns
Send your campaigns immediately or schedule them for the optimal time to reach your audience.
Sending Immediately
In the Schedule step of the campaign wizard, select Send Now and click Launch Campaign. Your campaign will begin sending within minutes.
Scheduling for a Future Date
- In the Schedule step, select Schedule for Later.
- Choose your date and time. Times are based on your account timezone (set in Settings → General).
- Click Schedule Campaign. You''ll see the campaign status change to "Scheduled".
Editing or Cancelling a Scheduled Campaign
Go to Campaigns and click on your scheduled campaign. You can edit content or change the send time up until 5 minutes before the scheduled send. To cancel, click Cancel Schedule.
Best Times to Send
Based on industry data, the highest open rates typically occur:
- B2B: Tuesday–Thursday, 9–11am and 1–3pm (recipient''s local time).
- B2C / Consumer: Saturday–Sunday mornings, or Tuesday evenings 7–9pm.
- Newsletters: Tuesday or Thursday mornings.
