What is Bounce Rate?

Quick Answer

The percentage of emails that couldn't be delivered to the recipient's mailbox.

Bounce rate measures undeliverable emails. Hard bounces are permanent failures (invalid address, domain doesn't exist). Soft bounces are temporary (full mailbox, server down). Keep bounce rate under 2% to maintain good sender reputation. MisarMail automatically removes hard bounces and retries soft bounces up to 3 times.
